As lead designer on Shoppers Drug Mart's first-ever online pre-order experience, I designed the end-to-end order flow, covering console selection, spec review, accessory add-ons, and in-store pickup reservation. Built in partnership with Doner, the experience went through multiple rounds of high-fidelity prototypes and internal testing before launch. It sold out in under an hour, with over 10k orders placed.
